It's gorgeous in the sunlight, making it one of the best places to people-watch.

Reason #7026593 Why I Love Canada:

My tuition is now 1/3rd of what I was paying formally. In return, I actually am getting extra per month for living!

Reason #712 Why Quebec Sucks:

I just paid $2.85 for a flippin bottle of Arizona tea. 14% sales tax, I shake my fist at you!

I'm still missing a couple things before my Québec residency can be finalized (aka my Permanent Resident card and my Health card because they haven't been sent to me yet) but I do qualify! \o/ It's pretty much because I've lived here for 2 years and have hardly been anywhere else since.

Go ask at the admin building, they've got all the info on whether you can qualify or not. I warn you though, not many people qualify. D:

If you're a Canadian, it's all but impossible when you're in school (Cry). The usual way is that you can't be going to school full-time for 12 consecutive months while living in QC. Or you could get married and/or adopted by a Quebec-er! I vote we all get adopted by Sheila ^^ Or married. Dammit... we need polygamy in QC!

Also, AME SOEUR! I WEEP FOR NOT SEEING YOU FOR SO LONG! CRY!
